The spread is enormous
A 2-room flat ranges from 1 764 zł in Szopienice-Burowiec (Katowice) to 4 646 zł in Śródmieście (Warsaw) — the priciest district costs 163% more than the cheapest. Warsaw leads the country, sitting +73% above the national median.
Even within one city, location is everything
The widest gap is in Warsaw, where Śródmieście (4 646 zł) runs 70% more than Rembertów (2 728 zł) — the same city, the same flat size, a very different rent.
Where the market is moving
