For relocation teams

A clearer starting point for a client’s housing budget.

Poland Housing Budget Brief

Four pages · 12 city-wide comparisons · 39 two-room district comparisons

This edition stays dated. The city pages show the latest published snapshot. You can reuse the open figures with credit to PolandRent under CC-BY 4.0.

Use it before the property search

  1. Choose a city and room count. In Polish listings, two rooms usually means a living room plus one bedroom.
  2. Use the fitted middle-50% range as a search reference, then check suitable properties.
  3. Reconcile building fees, utilities, parking, agent fees and deposits separately with the provider.

What the figures can tell you

These are fitted estimates from advertised rents, with sample counts. They do not establish signed rents, current availability, total housing costs or a property’s condition. Small samples deserve extra care.

City and district observations overlap. The fitted range is not a confidence interval or a guarantee that a suitable flat is available at that price.
