The spread is enormous
A 2-room flat ranges from 1 806 zł in Janów-Nikiszowiec (Katowice) to 4 502 zł in Śródmieście (Warsaw) — the priciest district costs 149% more than the cheapest. Warsaw sits +74% above the median of the covered city medians.
Even within one city, location is everything
The widest gap is in Warsaw, where Śródmieście (4 502 zł) runs 57% more than Białołęka (2 875 zł) — the same city, the same flat size, a very different rent.
Where the market is moving
The unweighted median of 2-room city medians moved +1% month over month. Biggest city moves this month: Biała Podlaska (-4%), Stargard (-2%), Dębica (-2%).
